Now, we are inundated with with cookbooks with the titles “Healthy”, and “Fat Burning” too numerous to mention. So, how do we wade thru them. Some of us buy nearly all of them just trying to get one we can see results from. Only to find the recipes too sparse with ingredients we need for true fat loss. In short, the other “healthy fat loss” cookbooks use the wrong ingredients.

The Problem with Most “Healthy” Cookbooks

First of all, rather than using ingredients that will actually help you fight fat, they use unhealthy ingredients that often encourage your body to store fat.
